• You’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions and a secure video link.

 

✅ Step 4: Verify Your Identity

Before we begin, Blue Notary will guide you through:

• ID upload: Driver’s license or passport
• Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA): A short quiz based on public records

✅ Step 5: Join the Live Video Call

At your scheduled time, click the link to join our secure session.

I’ll confirm your identity, walk you through the document, and answer any questions.

 

✅ Step 6: Sign Your Document

You’ll sign electronically using your mouse, finger, or stylus.

I’ll apply my digital seal and signature in real time.

 

✅ Step 7: Receive Your Notarized Document

You’ll get a digitally notarized PDF immediately after the session.
